What is the return policy?
Standard lighting products are eligible for a return request within 60 days of delivery. For non-quality-related returns, you may need to pay return shipping fee. When will I get my order?
Manufacturing and processing take 3–7 business days before dispatch. Shipping times and available services depend on destination; see Shipping & delivery for current estimates.

How much does shipping cost?
Our opening offer provides automatic free shipping through December 31, 2026, on all products and available shipping options for supported delivery addresses. No registration, discount code or minimum purchase is required. See Shipping & delivery for supported destinations and delivery estimates.
Are bulbs included, and what wattage can I use?
No separate bulbs are included. Integrated LED models have a built-in light source. For models with an E26/E27 socket, use no more than 40W per lampholder; for E12/E14 sockets, use no more than 10W per lampholder. Check the product details for the socket type, or contact us if it is not listed.
Which voltage will my light use?
Our lights are supplied in different version selected automatically according to the delivery country on your order
- United States: 110–120V / 60Hz
- United Kingdom: 230V / 50Hz
- European Union: 220–240V / 50Hz
- Australia / New Zealand: 230V / 50Hz
- Canada: 120V / 60Hz
- Other markets: Contact us for different voltage.
Are your lights CE and RoHS certified?
Ecoillumix lighting products are CE and RoHS certified. CE indicates conformity with applicable European requirements, and RoHS concerns restrictions on hazardous substances.
