Opening offer: free shipping
All customers receive automatic free shipping on all products and available shipping options for supported delivery addresses. No registration, discount code, or minimum purchase is required.
Our opening free-shipping offer is active now and runs through December 31, 2026. Regular shipping charges shown at checkout are waived during the offer and apply again after it ends.
Shipping availability depends on the product and delivery address. The 180cm linear pendant remains unavailable for delivery to Cyprus and Malta. The 150cm and 180cm Amber Glow linear pendants are currently unavailable for delivery to Australia.
Processing and delivery time
Our lights are manufactured in China. Manufacturing and order processing together take 3–7 business days before dispatch. Transit time is additional.

The estimates below are transit times after production and order processing have been completed and the parcel has been dispatched. Manufacturing and processing take an additional 3–7 business days. All times are in business days.

These ranges cover the quoted routes for each zone; individual products can use different routes within the range. Delivery is available only for the product and address combinations supported at checkout. The 180cm linear pendant cannot be shipped to Cyprus or Malta. For another destination, contact us to confirm product-specific shipping availability and transit time before ordering.
Regular shipping fees are calculated for the selected product and destination and shown at checkout. These charges are waived during the limited-time offer. For example, delivery to Australia is estimated at 13–19 business days in total, including manufacturing and processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
Taxes and import charges
Any taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Free shipping covers transportation and does not automatically exempt an order from import duties, import taxes, or customs-clearance charges.
Canadian and Australian orders currently ship on a delivery-duty-unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges. These charges are separate from the free-shipping offer.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch once it becomes available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery address and support
Please provide a complete delivery address and contact details at checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us promptly before dispatch.
